Can't get Code Connect working

Hi, I’m an admin on our organization account and I’m trying to get Code Connect UI working. I’ve gone through the steps to connect to our GitHub organization and the admins there have confirmed that Figma is authorized and we select a specific repository. But every time I select Connect components to code, the window shows the green (or blue) Connect to Github button. I’ve been through that process several times. It seems as if Figma is not recognizing the Github connection. I had another admin user (also file owner) of our Figma team try as well, and they had the same experience.

Hi, ​@GregB1 👋 Sorry to hear about this happening. Can you refresh/reload/update your Figma and try again, please?

After doing that, if you are still hitting the same blocker, I have a question: does an error message appear, or does the panel just quietly return to that button with nothing shown?

Thanks. I tried again, having done this process several times.

  • select Library > Connect components to code
  • window opens and I see the green Connect to Github button 
  • click the button and select Connect to Github
  • show another screen saying Figma would like to access your Github account
  • select Install Figma app to your Github organization
  • I am taken to Github where I select our organization - it says Figma is already installed and I can configure it
  • I go in to configure and when I select the repository popup I can see the repo says installed
    ​​​​​

No error messages. Just seems to have not picked up on Github being connected. Thanks for any help!
