Can't create or open a new editor

Can't create or open a new editor.
Web app errors: An error occurred while opening the editor; Failed to fetch; error loading payment plan (something like that).
Desktop app error: -3; -106.

Tried everything: clearing cache, using different browsers, rebooting the computer, with and without VPN, with different networks, re-creating the account
