As shown in the screenshot, I have already cancelled my Figma subscription, yet invoices for extra seats are still generated.
I have fully paid the full invoice for my Figma plan before. Due to repeatedly switching subscription plans back and forth multiple times, a lot of unnecessary seats that I never used and do not need were added to my account. I think this billing rule is unreasonable. Could you please charge fees based on actual usage instead of requiring seat purchases?
My request is to completely cancel my subscription and waive the invoice for next month.
