Is there any way to break all connections but leave my account intact? It has some pretty important stuff in it and there’s no way i can get in touch with the people in charge of permissions. Or am I screwed? I can’t even log in.
Thanks

It seemed to be fixed now. I did request access, so maybe someone accidentally accepted it. Hope noone notices!
Hey
I'm glad to hear the issue has been fixed! I've marked your topic as solved.
If your personal files are linked to a shared library and you can’t to access them because of permission changes, the best way to break those connections is to either transfer the files out of the library (if you still have access) or duplicate the files (however, be aware that this may result in broken links if your file relies on many components from the library. In that case, you may need to manually replace any components linked to the library in your duplicated files.)
As for your logging issue, if you're unable to log in, try resetting your password. If that doesn’t work, please reach out directly to our support team for assistance. They can help you regain access to your account by filling out this form: Submit a request.
I hope this helps!
