I’m having the same issue with my figma account. I no longer have access to my work email ID, hence am unable to authenticate with a code when logging into figma. I would like to regain access to my files though (important thesis, projects). Could someone on your end please help me manually update the email address on my Figma account?

I do want to note just so you are prepared: based on your message, it sounds like you may need to reach out to your former employer at some point in the support process. If the email of your Figma account is/was technically owned by your employer, there may be other verifications required by them in order to complete the changes you’re requesting.
Please make sure to include all details (including the email the account currently exists on, and then the email you’re wanting to change it to) when you file the ticket.
