Can someone respond to my Figma request?

2 months ago I had submitted a Figma enquiry to your sales team about the features on ‘Figma for government’. I had used Figma in my previous team and wanted to use it to streamline design work for my new team. I had not received any notification or email to say that my enquiry had been received so I sent a follow up 3 weeks after that, following the same steps of submitting a ‘contact us’ form. Again nothing.

I submitted my third ‘contact us’ form last week in case there was something wrong my email address but again nothing. I am having to go on here to plead and ask if someone could respond to my enquiry and questions on a tool I am keen to use within my team.

I wanted to talk to someone about the features for ‘Figma for Government,’ and have a demo with a sales team member to the rest of my team to showcase the platform.

So, can someone respond to my Figma request, like asap?

I am sorry that you haven’t heard back from our sales team yet, three contact form submissions with no reply is not the experience we want for anyone, and I completely understand the urgency here.

Could you share a couple of details with me via direct message?

  1. The email address you used when submitting the contact forms
  2. Your organisation name
  3. Your country/region (just to make sure we route this to the right team)

Once I have those, I'll flag this directly so someone from the right team can reach out to you. Also, once you've sent me the DM, could you drop a quick reply here to let me know? That way I won't miss it and can pick it up straight away.
