The current email address for this account is suspended. As such, I cannot see any response to it. I want to update the email address in order to renew my subscription. I’ve opened a ticket about this 2 days ago (1688824) and provided a different email address to contact me and have yet to see a response.

In the meantime, you may want to get a head start and ask if your former employer would be willing to work with you (if the account is under a work email). If the account is registered to a corporate/work email, it could technically be owned by them, and not you personally. Please keep that in mind, as our support team may have limited options that they can offer you in terms of a solution.

This email was owned by me through google workspace, and I do not want to renew that email. As such, I am not able to receive emails on that account any longer.
I am able to prove my identity in other ways if that helps.
