Can not verify education status using SheerID

I’m currently trying to verify my student status for the Figma Education plan, but I’ve been unable to complete the verification process.

I have already uploaded the required documentation, including:

  • My Student ID

  • Enrollment Verification

  • Tuition Receipts

I reached out to SheerID for assistance, but my support tickets keep getting closed automatically without any explanation or resolution. I also emailed the Figma Education team directly and have not yet received a response.

At this point, I’m unsure how to proceed and would greatly appreciate any help in manually reviewing my documents or guiding me through the next steps to verify my student status.

I can see your support tickets (#1747930 and #1751142) on my end. While the Education team typically responds within 5–7 business days, I’ll go ahead and escalate your case internally to help ensure it’s reviewed as soon as possible.
