Can not update old email address to a new email address

I just got to the pat of "change email", I clicked it, I went to check my new email address, clicked on button confirm email, message said link is malformed and it prompts me to make a new account from the new email. I have tried this nymerous times and have cleared chache and cookies.

Hey ​@Alex Ligouri, I understand you're experiencing issues with an expired or malformed link when trying to change your email address. Let me help you with this.
 
When changing your email in Figma, here's the proper process:
 
Follow the email change instructions: You can find the steps in our Help Center: Update email address and password
 
Important final step: When you click the confirmation link from your email, make sure you log in one final time with your original email address and password. This will verify the change and link your account to your new details.
 
If you're still getting the expired/malformed link error, try this troubleshooting approach:
 
• Open your email app in an incognito browser window
• Open another tab in the incognito window and log into Figma
• Right-click the verification link and select "copy link URL"
• Paste this into a new tab in your web browser
 
If the steps above don't resolve the issue, you can also try pasting the copied link into an incognito window of your browser.

Hi there. I am still unsuccessful. When I click the link in the email to verify the new email address, I get the Malformed link notice, and when I try to paste it into Incognito, it says the message in the attached image. I am wondering if I accidentally at some point made a brand new account with the new email address? Is there a way on your end to merge or manually change the email for me?
