Can I retrieve a file from an old account?

I hope I can get help resolving this. I mostly migrated what I needed from an old work account assuming that it would get deleted. It looks like I forgot to migrate one slides deck. I believe it still exists but was never able to set up the permissions correctly. You should be able to access it with the link and password, but every viewer needs to request access.

Can I get help accessing the file? I have the link and password. Or at least confirmation that it still exists,
