Put some regular horizontal text in a landscape auto layout frame. Let the frame be fixed dimensions. Let the text be W Fill and H Hug so it wraps responsively as the frame.

Now create another fixed auto layout frame, but this time portrait. Copy the landscape text and paste it into the new portrait frame. Rotate the text 90 degrees.

Now I dare you to try to get the text to behave responsively like it did before… filling out its “width” and hugging its “height”

I have not been able to find any combination of settings or incantations to get this to work so I’m calling this a bug. Please either fix this or point out my lack of imagination by telling me how to accomplish this.
