As you seem to be on the latest version of Safari, so you shouldn’t need to update.

Since the issue doesn’t happen in other browsers, it looks like it may be specific to Safari. A couple of things you can try:

• Clear cache/cookies for Figma in Safari (Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data).

• Try again and refresh the page
