BUG - Move to Trash - files not appearing

Hi All, I understand this matter has been reported as fixed. However, I just moved around 30 files to trash and only ~ 10 appeared. They are no longer where they were moved from (“Recent”) either. Should I be concerned? It’s been approximately 10 minutes with various site/app refresh attempts/methods.

I completely understand the concern here, so I’d be happy to help give you some peace of mind. First of all, moving files to Trash never deletes them permanently. Recent is just a shortcut view, not a storage location, so files leaving it is expected and isn't a sign anything is lost. The likeliest explanation is where the rest of your files landed:

  1. Trash is separate for each team and organization. If those files spanned multiple teams, each team has its own Trash. Also, check your Drafts deleted section.
  2. Set the "Created by" filter to "Anyone" in Trash, as it can default to showing only items you created.
