When present mode, glass effect appears and is visible, but when prototype mode, glass effect disappears and only drop shadow is visible.

Our team will take a closer look and try to reproduce the issue where the glass effect appears in Present mode but disappears in Prototype mode directly with your file.
I’ve also escalated your report internally so it can be reviewed more quickly, thanks for your patience.
In the meantime, could you also try force-quitting and restarting Figma to see if the effect reappears? This can sometimes refresh rendering issues.
