I see that this is listed as a resolved bug elsewhere in the support form, but it is still a bug for me:

Hey @Porter Bayne, thanks for flagging this!

This is currently a bug that our team is aware of and investigating.

I’ll pass this topic, including your video along to the team for consideration as they work towards a fix.

Also a bug for me and has been for a couple years now.

It’s a huge pain point during handover when I send someone a whole bunch of links but they go to the parent frame rather than the selected frame. Whoever is clicking my links ends up lost, confused as heck. I then have to go back in and update every link again manually by right clicking. It also makes me lose trust in this feature altogether.

Dramatic? No! SPARE ME! I’M A SHORTCUTS MAN! MOUSES ARE FOR WHEN SHORTCUTS DON’T EXIST AND SOMETIMES THEY EAT CHEESE

Thank you, Figma ❤️

Same problem here: the keyboard shortcut (cmd+L) copies a link to the page when the selected frame is a component. Right-clicking and using the menu option copies the correct link.

@djv any update on this?
