When sharing a Figma file with view-only access, the code panel is no longer visible to viewers. Additionally, I am facing a 10–20 second lag while working, which is slowing down the workflow. Both issues are making coordination much harder than before.

[BUG] Code Panel Not Visible in View-Only Files in Figma Make

While in beta, anyone with view-access to Make could see the Code tab. Now that Figma Make is in GA, only Full and Dev seats can view or export code which is consistent with how it works in other areas of the Figma platform. Regarding the lag you're experiencing, would you be open to sharing your Figma file link with us? That way, we can take a closer look and help identify what might be causing the slowdown.
