Steps to reproduce: Draw a rectangle → select the brush → try to apply it only to the bottom edge.
The UI makes it look like the brush applied, but the stroke thickness doesn’t actually change — and partial edge strokes don’t work at all.
Shouldn’t both thickness change and partial strokes apply if it’s working properly?
