When dragging a component into the frame, it sometimes does the scaling of elements within correctly, sometimes it does not. This completely breaks the design library system as I cannot rely on the components - very bad indeed!

I had exactly the same issue. Terrible, as it messed every file I opened and had no way to recover that.
Have seen some other person having the same issue, looks like a generic bug, really hope they address this fast.
