blending mode

I can't apply blending mode to a blurred layer blur object. If I try to apply blur to an object with blending mode, the blending disappears. Please help me figure it out.

    First: apologies, but I’m having some trouble visualizing what could be happening.

    Would you be able to provide a screen recording (or screenshots of your full Figma window that includes both left and right panels) that show what happens in real time when you’re trying to apply the blur?

    Good day. I'm attaching a photo. 1. I created an ellipse 2. I blurred it using blur 3. I'm trying to change the application type. But it doesn't change.
