When I export (to png) any shapes with curved corners there is a little gray line on the edges.
I’ve tried finding YT videos, snapping to grid, etc. But nothing seems to work.

Try to change image resampling in export settings from Detailed to Basic
Changing settings from Detailed to Basic doesn’t seem to work. Its a really puzzling problem. If you have anymore ideas let me know.

I tried to export a png from your file and didn’t get any gray lines on the edges.
I can see the gray lines in png images only in Present mode (it’s a pretty old visual bug), but not after file export.
Where did you get a screenshot of your first image?
