Bitmaps not loading

None of the embedded bitmap images in our figma design / figjam files are loading today.

Seems to be across the board for all users.

We are a large org with thousands of accounts.

    Thanks so much for flagging this. I understand that users across your org are running into issues with loading embedded bitmap images in Figma Design and FigJam today - we definitely want to take a closer look at this.

    To help us narrow this down, could you confirm what users are seeing on their end? Are the images appearing as broken placeholders, or are they not rendering at all?

    A couple of quick things you can try in the meantime:

    • Refresh the file or open it in an incognito/private window
    • Try a different browser or network to rule out local caching issues
    • Check if exporting the file still includes the images

    I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket so our team can investigate further, your case number is #1888670.

    When you have a moment, it would be really helpful if you could reply to that ticket with:

    • A link to the impacted files (please also invite support-share@figma.com with Can View access, this won’t impact your billing and allows us to investigate further with Engineering).
    • A screen recording of the issue with full window in view, if possible.
