Hello Figma Support,

My name is Hứa Văn Bây, and my account email is (redacted by the moderator due to PII). I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding a subscription charge.

On April 13, 2026, I was charged $15 USD for the renewal of the Professional team (monthly) subscription. The invoice ID is in_1TKFpYIvcqWR3dFDNYWtqvBA, and the team name is “Bảy Hứa Văn's team.” However, I did not intend to continue with the paid plan and have not used the service after the renewal period.

I kindly request a refund for this charge. Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation from me to process this request.
