figma has took from 17 usd today, and when i open my account it tells me that my "education account has expired, please upgrade" even though i just got paid 17 usd, the attachment shows even more to the issue
I understand you’re seeing an unexpected $17.10 charge and also a message saying your Education account has expired.
After checking on our end, it looks like:
One of your teams had a paid plan that was canceled during the billing cycle (shown in your screenshot).
You originally had a Collab seat, but it switched to a Full seat.
Just to clarify: Figma doesn’t offer prorated refunds when a plan is canceled. If you’re on a monthly plan, the seat stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You can learn more here: Upgrade or downgrade your plan

About your Education status: It seems your EDU verification has expired. You can try re-verifying, move to the free Starter plan, or upgrade to Professional.
How EDU expiration works:
Teams with 3 or fewer files automatically move to the free Starter plan
Teams with 4 or more files will show as expired, and you can still download files, move them to another team, or choose to upgrade to continue working
