Billing Issue: Unexpected $200 Subscription Charge

Hi, I was unexpectedly charged approximately 214.20 CAD on my account despite previously disabling my payment method and not actively using the service. I only expected a previous ~$50 payment last month.

I would like clarification on what triggered this charge and would appreciate a refund or reversal, as this is unintended.

Please also confirm that all subscriptions and auto-renewals are cancelled going forward.

Just to share some context: even if a payment method was previously disabled, charges can sometimes still occur if there were active subscriptions or seat changes that hadn't been fully cancelled. You can find more details here:

To make sure your subscription is fully cancelled going forward, you can do so directly : locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar, click Admin → select Settings tabs → in the Plan section, click Cancel plan. You can find information on downgrading your plan on our Help Center.

Please note that under Figma's policy, payments are generally non-refundable as outlined in our Terms of Service. However, our support team is best equipped to review your specific case and see what happened. (We cannot handle billing issue in the Forum due to security and privacy reasons).
