Billing issue duplicate charge

I subscribed to the Pro plan and made the payment on October 8. However, I canceled it a few days later, hoping that it would end by November 8. But on November 8, I was charged again, even though my account is still on the Starter plan. What’s even stranger is that the payment email says the charge is for the period from October 8 to November 8 — but I was already charged for that period before.

Although I was charged, my account is still on the Starter plan.

Hey ​@CongZhuo - sorry for the confusion with these charges. I am not able to provide specifics on your billing or account related issues on the forum, for both privacy and security reasons. 

You will need to get in touch with our support team via email for further assistance. I checked with the support team, and it looks like you’ve gotten a ticket filed with them. Someone should be reaching out to you shortly.
