I am writing regarding the subscription and seat charges for my Personal Team, which is currently subscribed to the Pro plan.
During the process of changing seat types, I changed my seat in the following order:
Collab → Pro → Dev
However, each change appears to have created an additional seat instead of replacing the previous one. As a result, although I am currently using only one Dev seat, it appears that I may be charged for all three seat types:
- Collab seat
- Pro seat
- Dev seat
My intention was only to use a single Dev seat, and I do not need the Collab or Pro seats.

Account Role: I am the owner and administrator of this account.
In addition, I have submitted several inquiries through Figma Learn and the support channels regarding this issue. However, it seems that my requests may have been closed or marked as resolved before the situation was fully reviewed.
This has been quite frustrating because the billing issue remains unresolved, and I am concerned that I may be charged for seats that I never intended to use.
At this point, I feel that my previous inquiries were not fully reviewed, as the issue remains unresolved despite multiple requests for assistance.
Could you please carefully review the current billing situation and adjust the charges so that I am billed only for the single Dev seat that is actually being used?
