The issue:
I have an annual plan and have been using Figma plugins without issue until today. Now when I select a plugin a popup appears about full seat access. ‘Continue’ is a vague CTA and I thought this would give a confirmation or more info but no, the account has been instantly upgraded.
How can I resolve this as it is a genuine mistake and I have downgraded the user already.
I now have a monthly invoice for December 18, 2025 of £76.31 but wish to remain on my existing annual plan. It also appears that I have lost my previous paid for collab status - as that now shows as additional £5 month.
