Billing issue: Account accidentally upgraded to Full Seat via plugins popup.

I can’t access the email support form that should be available for professional accounts: 
 

Since you're on a Professional plan, you have access to email support for billing issues. You can contact the Figma Support team through our Support contact page

 

Has this recently been removed?

 

The issue: 

I have an annual plan and have been using Figma plugins without issue until today. Now when I select a plugin a popup appears about full seat access. ‘Continue’ is a vague CTA and I thought this would give a confirmation or more info but no, the account has been instantly upgraded.

How can I resolve this as it is a genuine mistake and I have downgraded the user already.

I now have a monthly invoice for December 18, 2025 of £76.31 but wish to remain on my existing annual plan. It also appears that I have lost my previous paid for collab status - as that now shows as additional £5 month.

Hey ​@Peter Wallace, thank you for sharing your feedback and for downgrading the seat!  

Just to clarify, support for paid plans hasn’t changed. Email support is still available for Professional plans.

I’ve located your support ticket (#1608418) on our end, and I can see that our team has already replied to you. If you could follow up on that email, they’ll be able to assist you with your request.

If you don’t see the message, it might be worth checking your spam or junk folder just in case.

Hi ​@Gayani_S thanks for the response, the reply I received only stated I had messaged with an email address that isn't linked to a Figma account. I have re-sent an email. 

I still can’t access plugins in my account - it triggers the popup that led to the billing issue. Why is this - all plans should have access.
