I am trying to purchase a Figma subscription for the first time, but I receive the following error:

"Your payment method's address is in a country that can't pay in EUR. Please use a different payment method."

Our company is based in Serbia, and we would like to pay in EUR. Could you please clarify if this is possible, or let us know which currency we should use to complete the purchase?

By any chance, was your company previously paying in USD?

If so, updating to a different currency than the one originally selected isn’t possible directly. Instead, we recommend following the three steps below:
 

  1. Creating a new team and upgrade that team to the Professional plan, making sure to choose your preferred currency during checkout (you can see the list of supported currencies here: Supported billing currencies
  2. Moving your files and projects from the old team to the new one

    This will be the best solution since it's not yet possible to change the currency used on an existing subscription.
