billing error
Hello, my bill was higher than expected. Upon reviewing the details, it appears an extra seat was purchased, but I am the only user; an additional $15 was charged. I would appreciate your assistance with this.

I understand that your latest bill was higher than expected and appeared to include an additional seat charge.
I’ve taken a look on my end, and this appears to be a prorated charge covering the time your Full seat was active during the previous billing period but had not yet been billed.
