I need someone from the Billing Department to get back to me ASAP for us to discuss changes to our annual subscription we would like to make before the next renewal. I do not have any CSM contact information, and cannot find a way to contact Figma Billing directly. I also submitted a ticket, 1847462. Thank you.

I'm not able to access subscription specifics here, but I've checked in with our Enterprise Support team and they're actively reviewing your request. I've also shared your post so they're aware of the changes you need ahead of your next renewal. They'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

@Tom Reem can you have them reach out to me as well. I have submitted 2 tickets and zero response. This is for an enterprise account. My ticket numbers are: 1846845 & 1849755 - thanks.
