I recently cancelled the Professional plan, as we currently no longer require its services. We need to download the latest invoice, but it appears that the billing section is no longer accessible from the free plan.

Could you please advise on how we can retrieve it?

Access to past invoices is only available when you have a paid subscription, so unfortunately it becomes unavailable on the starter plan. But I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf so our team can help retrieve it for you.
