Being charged monthly but can’t identify the account or subscription

Hi — I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

I’m being charged $21.49 monthly by Figma, but I can’t locate an active subscription on any Figma account I’m currently able to access. I’ve checked the accounts/emails I’m aware of and don’t see any billing information or active plans.

At this point, I’m not sure which account or email address the charge is associated with, and I don’t have a way to identify it on my end. I’m trying to figure out how to:

  1. Identify the billing account associated with this charge, and

  2. Cancel the subscription, since I’m no longer using it.

I’d also appreciate guidance on whether any recent charges might be eligible for a refund.

I understand your concern about the monthly charge from Figma.

 

I checked on our end but wasn’t able to locate any billing information associated with the account used for this forum post.

Unfortunately, due to privacy and security reasons, we’re not able to assist with account-specific billing issues directly here in the forum.

 

That said, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1672932) on your behalf so our team can look into this directly.

Once you receive the ticket confirmation email, please reply to it with any information you have related to the charge, such as:

  • The billing descriptor shown on your statement

  • Any other email addresses you may have used with Figma

This information will help our team investigate the charge more effectively.
