Background colours change on pptx

Hi there 

I designed - actually i have slides that i made by using html to design importer. On figmage they are fine but when i download the pptx file - the background colours are all gone. 

 

Kindly assist

I understand you're having trouble with background colors disappearing when you export your slides to PPTX.

 

Thanks for sharing the file. Just wanted to check if you're using gradient fills for the backgrounds?

If you are using gradients, the issues you're encountering might be related to current limitations with the PPTX export feature. You can find more details about these known limitations here:
