Assets in UI3 lost structure - Help

While onboarding at a new company, I rely heavily on the structure that assets/components have. 

In UI3 there is no structure of the assets, just a long list of all the components 😱.
How am I supposed to find anything now the structure is totally gone. Am I missing something? Do I have a setting wrong? 

Considering we will be forced to work with UI3 in 2 days, I have to solve this issue now. 

I understand changes are hard for every user (maybe more so for designers), and I’m trying to adapt, but its a struggle if things don’t work properly. 
Lost all of my speed in designing. It’s a pretty big issue in general. Anyway if we can solve this assets issue that would be great.
