Issue Description
I'm experiencing an issue with Arabic Google fonts in Figma. While Arabic text displays correctly in the design workspace, it reverts to a default font in Play mode. Importantly, English text using the same font renders perfectly in both workspace and Play mode.
Evidence
I've attached screenshots showing:
- Arabic text appearing correctly in the workspace
- Arabic text reverting to default font in Play mode
- English text ("coming Soon") displaying correctly in both modes using the same font
Technical Impact
This issue severely limits Figma Sites' usability for Arabic-language projects. I have excited to try Figma Sites, but this limitation is disappointing and will likely cause you to lose many Arabic-speaking users.
Request
Please prioritize fixing Arabic language support in Figma Sites as soon as possible. This would make Figma truly inclusive for designers working with Arabic content.
