Animation of elements

I just signed up for a paid subscription - and I had a Motion feature (Beta) that was there before and now I wanted to use it (animate elements) after it said please upgrade - but now that I have signed up it is no longer visible.

 

Please can you urgently assist me?

    Hey ​@Chris Edmeston 👋 Sorry that happened. Happy to help.

    A few quick questions to help get us started:

    • Are you using Figma in the browser or the desktop app? Version and OS?
    • Have you already tested both, if you have them?
    • Have you already updated and fully closed out each out and restarted (if both)? 

    Sometimes a full update and hard reset fixes issues like this. If you’ve run through all this and the Motion option is still missing, we’ll get you onto support. Talk soon! — Jaycee
