Android app - back-swipe gesture exits prototype instead of navigating back

In the Figma Android app, the standard back-swipe gesture (swiping from the left edge of the screen) does not navigate to the previous frame (or page) but instead closes the prototype entirely.

On Android, the back-swipe is a very common and intuitive way to navigate back. This is a problem in user tests, since users may instinctively use the gesture to navigate and accidentally close the prototype.

In browsers the back function works as expected.

Hey @Markus_Schmon, thanks for flagging this!

Not being able to back swipe on Android definitely seems counter-intuitive, so I understand the frustration this is likely causing for our users. I’ve passed your feedback onto our mobile app team for consideration.
