Already Verified by SheerID, but My Education Plan Isn’t Applied

I have an issue with my Education Plan verification and haven't received any response from the Education team, even after sending multiple emails.

SheerID confirmed that I was already verified for the Figma Education offer on September 10, 2025, but my Figma account still shows an error (“verification limit exceeded”), and some of my files are locked.

I have emailed education@figma.com several times over the past weeks, but I still haven’t received any reply.  
Could someone from the Figma team please help look into this? It’s affecting my work, and I really need my account updated.

I understand that you’ve already completed your Education verification through SheerID using your school email, but it hasn’t yet been reflected on your Figma account.

 

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I checked on our end and confirmed you have two open requests — in ticket #1608096, I can see that you forwarded your SheerID verification email (thank you for including those details!).

I’ll escalate this case to our Education team for review. In the meantime, to avoid confusion or duplicate requests, please hold off on sending additional emails to education@figma.com and wait for the team’s response.

I also want to mention that my account is currently locked, so I’m unable to do any of my work at the moment. I would really appreciate any help in resolving this as soon as possible.
