All my agents claim lost connection to internet. All the other software still maintain connection, so that’s not the issue.

Hey @simopetteri, thanks for reaching out!

A few things are worth ruling out on the network side first:

    1. Test on a different network, try a mobile hotspot for a minute and see if the agent connects. This tells us right away if it's network-specific.
    2. Check for a VPN, proxy, or firewall, if you're on a work or school network, some of Figma's traffic runs through subdomains that need to be separately allowlisted, even if the main figma.com domain already is.
    3. Try an incognito/private window, this rules out a browser extension interfering with the connection.
    4. Switch between the browser and desktop app (whichever you're not currently using) and try a fresh prompt.
    5. Start a new thread using the + button in the top-right corner of the chat, rather than continuing in the same one.

If any of those get it working, it points to something on the network or browser side. Our Adjust your network settings article has the full list of domains to share with your IT team if you're on a managed network.

If none of that changes anything, let me know if it's happening in every file or just one. That'll help me point you in the right direction from here. Our Troubleshoot AI tools in Figma guide also has a rundown of common AI error messages if you want to compare notes on what you're seeing.
