Good news, there's actually a setting for this already. You can turn off the Agent sparkle by going to the View menu in Figma Design and toggling off "Show Agents on canvas." That should give you a cleaner canvas without the sparkle appearing on selections.

You can also adjust this in your user preferences if you'd prefer to manage it from there.

Is this available to all users? I’m running the latest build and I don’t see this option in View or Preferences.

I don’t see this option too. so noisy.

I checked again after looking at the image you attached. And I discovered a strange situation.

The attached image shows the situation when I created new design files several times.

All conditions are the same; I created a new file and immediately checked the preference menu.

Every time I created a new design file, the items appearing in the preferences varied slightly. I don't know why.🙄

I tried Figma > Check for updates > Reload All Tabs and it works. 

but, if I close the refreshed tab and reopen it, "Show Agents on canvas" is not visible again.

Thanks for the tag, ​@Levi Heo. That’s pretty weird! Are all the files you’ve created in the same project and team? I don’t know if that would matter, but just for clarity’s sake it would be good to know. With the files you created new, did you take any action in any of them before checking the menu? Oh, one other question: if you re-open any of these new files, does it now show the menu option?

Hello, I’m all working on the same team and project. I created a new design file (Cmd+N) and immediately checked the preferences. I didn't take any additional actions.

That menu still appears and disappears randomly. It's possible my Mac is acting strangely. but, I didn't see that menu on my other MacBook either.

anyway...I had already disabled it when the menu was visible, so it doesn't matter now whether the menu is visible in the preferences or not. but, it is really strange 🤣.
