Dear Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My Figma account associated with the email [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] has been suspended, and I am unable to access my design file

 

I would appreciate clarification on the reason and guidance on how to resolve this.

I hope you are doing well.
 

My Figma account associated with the email [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] has been suspended, and I am currently unable to access my design files.

I’m also not logged in using that same account, as I can no longer sign in. Due to this, I had to create a second account in order to contact support.

I would appreciate clarification on the reason for the suspension and guidance on how I can regain access or resolve the issue.
