I verified my account but I still can’t access a shared FigJam board for my university. I tried re-applying for verification several times but nothing changes. I contacted SheerID and they said I’m verified on their end, so it’s a problem with FigJam. From SheerID:

“Since you were already verified with us, and if you are having issues with your Figma account, please contact Figma support directly and provide the verified request in order for them to help you. To assist you further, here are the details of your verified request, which you may share with Figma support if needed”

I checked on my end and it looks like your account is on the Education plan. Could you please share the link to the file so I can investigate further? If you’d prefer not to post it here, feel free to send me a DM instead.
