Account recovery request – associated email no longer accessible

I’m reaching out because I’ve lost access to my figma account that was associated with my school email ID, which has since been deactivated.

I also submitted a support ticket (#1709065) explaining the situation, but haven’t heard back yet.

I would really appreciate any guidance or advice on how to proceed.

I understand that you’ve lost access to the school email associated with your Figma account and are looking for a way to regain access.

We’re not able to resolve account-related issues like this directly here on the forum. That said, I’ve gone ahead and let the Support specialist handling your ticket (#1709065) know that you also reached out here, to help increase visibility.

They’ll follow up with you directly via the ticket email once they’re ready. Please continue the conversation by replying to that ticket email once you hear back from them so they can assist you further.

 

In the meantime, you may want to check whether emails from your school address are being forwarded to your current email. If they are, the easiest way to regain access to your account is to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, you can update your email address in your account settings.

Thank you so much for the update and for flagging my ticket with the Support team. I really appreciate it.

I just wanted to check if you have a rough sense of when I might hear back from them. It has been a little over two weeks since I submitted the ticket.
