Account Recovery Request and Data Transfer

I had a paid plan linked to a works email, in conjunction with another workplace account that I no longer used, since my address the the initial employer has been revoked I’ve also lost access to everything under the second account - and Figma is claiming the account never existed. 

I don’t know how or why they were linked, but I am now paying for an account I can’t access and have lost almost 7 months of design work. 

 

Please help someone, I’d really like to talk to a pro about this and get my old design files and paid for membership attributed to a different log in.
