I understand that you’re an academic instructor, that you previously had an Education account, and that it has now been removed. You’ve also tried reconnecting it using your academic email address, but the access hasn’t been restored despite multiple attempts.
Figma partners with SheerID to verify all Education eligibility, and unfortunately Figma isn’t able to manually approve or re-enable Education access from the Forum.
At this point, the best next step is to contact SheerID directly so they can review your verification status. Please apply directly at figma.com/education/apply with your school-issued email address, select High school for institution type.
If you’ve already contacted SheerID and received a response that you need further clarification or help, please reply directly to their email and CC education@figma.com so the Figma for Education team can take a closer look.
