Hi everyone,
My account was suddenly blocked over a supposed past "refund" issue, despite being a normal subscriber for 2or3 months.
Here is the unacceptable part: I was STILL automatically charged for this month's subscription!
Right now, Figma has taken my money for this month, but my account is completely locked. I can't work, and I can't even log in to manage my own billing. To make it worse, email support takes 3+ days to reply.
My demand is simple: Please unblock my account immediately so I can use the services I have already paid for.
Can a Figma mod please escalate this?
