Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request assistance with recovering access to my Figma account. Unfortunately, I have lost access to the email address associated with my account:

Email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

I have important projects on this account that I urgently need to access, including:
- EcoQuest
- Mediocology

These projects are critical for my work, and I would greatly appreciate your support in helping me regain access or transfer the projects to a new email address if possible.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or verification from my side.

I understand that you’ve lost access to the email address linked to your Figma account and are looking for a way to regain access, as you have important projects stored there.

 

If emails from your original account email are being forwarded to your current address, the easiest way to recover access is to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, you can update your email address from your account settings.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle account-specific issues directly here in the forum, and our support team isn’t able to transfer projects or files on your behalf.

 

However, if you’re not forwarding emails from that address, our support team can help manually update the email address associated with your account.

Thank you for your response and for explaining the available options.

 

Unfortunately, I’ve completely lost access to the email address associated with my Figma account and it got deleted, I’m unable to receive or forward any emails from it. Because of this, I’m not able to reset my password or follow the recovery steps that require access to that email. 

 

I do have important projects stored in this account, and I would really appreciate your assistance in manually updating the email address linked to it so I can regain access.
