In the confusion of how Full Seats are assigned to teams not individuals, I’ve ended up with two Full Seats across two teams, and so I was hoping I could get some help to trim that down and get a refund for the Full Seat I don’t need!
I can share the details of the transaction for the subscription I don’t need, and then I can transfer the future subscription to the account I already have active, which is where I’d like to keep it as all my work is there anyway.
