I have accidentally renamed my file by using key commands. Not sure how it happens but the file has been renamed Z. I bet it has to do with Undo key commands. Is there a way to make changing the file name a little harder so this does not happen.

I’ve also experienced this and wish that version history also included the file name history. Wondering if it’s also related to zoom?
+1 to this, would love to be able to view and revert to previous filenames as this has happened many times 😅
