Accidentally renaming the file all the time

I have accidentally renamed my file by using key commands. Not sure how it happens but the file has been renamed Z. I bet it has to do with Undo key commands. Is there a way to make changing the file name a little harder so this does not happen.

I’ve also experienced this and wish that version history also included the file name history. Wondering if it’s also related to zoom?

Agreed. This happens to me as well, and it drives me insane. Just using key commands and suddenly my file is named “z”
