Accidentally added seat and now cannot remove it (invoice already scheduled)

I need help with an issue related to seats and billing.

I accidentally added an extra seat to our Figma organization. The seat was never assigned or used, and I tried to remove it right away, but there is no option to delete or cancel it.

Now I see a one-time charge of $129.40 scheduled for December 21, 2025, even though the seat is completely unused. This is a company account, and the payment method is our corporate card, so I really need to prevent this charge from going through.

This was an unintended click and we do not require an additional seat.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @denisalwan,

I understand that you accidentally added a paid seat to your Professional plan team.

Payments for Figma subscriptions are non-refundable, and seat changes take effect immediately and impact billing. (Refund policy)
It sounds like the accidentally added seat is still unassigned, but you can assign it to someone for the remainder of your subscription period.

Unfortunately, for security and privacy reasons, we can’t handle specific billing issues here on the Forum.

That said, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1621602) on your behalf using the information you shared both in this post and in your PM to me. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as they can, so please wait for their reply and continue the conversation directly through your ticket email.
